tulit is a comprehensive Python library for retrieving and parsing legal documents from various jurisdictions and formats.

The library provides:

• Clients for downloading documents from official legal databases (EU Cellar, Legifrance, etc.)

• Parsers for converting legal documents into structured JSON (Akoma Ntoso, Formex, HTML formats)

• Modern architecture following best practices and design patterns
